Before moving to Cornwall in 1988 Anne worked for many years in Southampton with alcoholics and their families. Helping them to gain an insight into their addiction and the many and varied problems that it causes.

Therapy: Every client is an individual, two people may appear to present the same difficulty in an area of their life but they will undoubtedly perceive it in different ways and will have acquired it by different means. This being so, therapy needs to be varied to suit the needs of the individual and may also vary from session to session.

The use of Psychotherapy, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Gestalt, Behavioural and Cognitive therapy separately or in combination provide a powerful tool, which can speed up therapy so that difficulties can be resolved efficiently, easily and without emotional distress.
